Introducing.....
Hi everyone! Can you see me with my new friends from Canada? I am the black horse in the middle, and my name is SirIsaac. I am named after our school Sir Isaac Brock P.S. As you can see my Grade 3 friends have been bringing their Webkinz from home to keep me company. That is very kind of them! I have had my first sleepover, and can't wait to visit more places! We are learning about Pioneers in Canada, and Structures....soon I will tell you more about a special field trip that we are taking! Bye For Now, SirIsaac

HELP!
Hello Everyone,
This is Alleycat...I have been retired now, and don't have to go to school anymore. Mrs. Muller is changing schools and moving from Kindergarten to Grade 3. Her new school is called Sir Isaac Brock, and they have a Knight riding a horse as their symbol. I think they are called The Sir Isaac Brock Knights. Mrs. Muller needs to choose a new Webkinz as a surprise for her new students. Which one do you think she should choose?
Bye for now,
Alleycat

A new friend from Canada
Imagine the delight or my class today when my teacher, Mr Huglin came into our room after recess with a parcel from Ontario, Canada.
Inside, were letters, a book on Canada and a new friend for me "Diamond", a polar bear webkinz. I cant wait to play with him in my virtual world. My students all read their letters with great interest. The letters will be photocopied and kept at school, but the original letters will go home to be read to families.
Here are some photos of us. The first photo is Mrs Mirtschin checking out a letter and Diamond.

Ice...snow...cold...WINNER!
Throughout the month of March, the students followed the Iditarod dog race in Alaska. Each student chose a musher and checked up on him or her throughout the race. Here I am posing with one of the "Itidarock" dog sled teams. It's cold and dangerous on the sled route...I think I'll stay with the students at school instead!

Valentine's Day
How did you celebrate Valentine's Day? We made "Moo", exchanged cards, and ate our treats. Moo is jello with milk. I didn't think I would like it much, but it was actually creamy and tasty! We were part of a friendship card exchange with classes in the United States. We should be receiving some letters soon! Take Care Everyone! Love AlleyCat
