Look What I Found!

I have been busy exploring the fields around Lake Huron, one of the 5 Great Lakes in Ontario. I have seen many monarch, and swallowtail butterflies on my walks. It is fun to chase the butterflies, but I don't hurt them! Can you see the tiny monarch caterpillar on the milkweed plant?xoxoxo AlleyCat

Hello Alley Cat

I've been finding monarch caterpillars as I hop around my yard in NH. We have had many butterflies flying through. I wish I knew all the names of them. The swallowtail caterpillars are eating the parsley plants in the garden.

I take care of the butterflies. I only eat mosquitoes, worms and flies!

Enjoy the summer days.

Hello, Spikey Spike and AlleyCat, I haven't seen any butterflies yet. It's too hot for them the be around at this time of year. Maybe I'll get to see what the dig deal is next Spring?

Have fun this year.

Hi There Westie Dog,
Do you ever see Monarch Butterflies where you live? How hot is it right now? Do you have winter? Some of our maple tree's leaves are already changing colour! How are your friends at school doing? I am going to meet mine soon! AlleyCat
